Delete your ZionSpeaks account

ZionSpeaks users can delete their account inside the mobile app or request help from the support team if they cannot access the app.

Delete in the mobile app

1. Sign in to ZionSpeaks.
2. Open your profile and choose Edit profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email the address used for your account or your username. The ZionSpeaks team may request verification before deleting personal account information.

Some records may be retained or de-identified where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment and payout records, dispute resolution, or platform safety. Public profile access is removed when the deletion request is completed.
